Every case is different.
If the case is settled, it may take a few weeks.
If it proceeds to a first hearing it may take 3-4 months.
This is just an estimate and we will know more when we speak to you about your case.
Note. These prices are an estimate of the likely cost of the case which we can reasonably foresee at the start. We will notify you in writing if for any reason we feel it necessary to vary the estimate and will explain to you why we need to do so. Any additional work will be charged at the agreed hourly rate. Estimates we give can be affected by other factors outside our control (eg. your instructions, the conduct of an opponent or third party, unexpected circumstances, court or tribunal orders etc). Consequently, estimates are given as a guide only and they are not intended to be fixed or binding. We will give the best estimate possible but there is no guarantee that the final charge will not exceed the estimate. The prices for our work are set in January 2020. They are increased in line with inflation after each 12 month period.
